Legal Information

Website content

Information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance. Garage door problems vary from door to door, so nothing here is a diagnosis of your particular door, and nothing here is a quote. A price is only a price once we have seen the door and given you a written flat rate.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates given over the phone are based on what you describe. If the door turns out to be different from the description, the price may change — but we will always tell you the revised price and get your approval before doing the work.

Scheduling

Appointment windows are estimates. Traffic, weather and the job before yours can move them. If we are running late we will call you.

Warranties

Parts we install carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our own workmanship is guaranteed — if something we fitted or repaired is not right, tell us and we will put it right. Warranty terms are confirmed in writing on your invoice.

Safety

Garage door springs, cables and counterbalance systems are under high tension and are dangerous to work on without the right tools and training. Do not attempt to release, adjust or remove springs or cables yourself. If a cable or spring has failed, keep people clear of the door and call us.
